We do have a 24 hrs cancellation policy.
If you must change or cancel your appointment, please do so by calling or e-mailing us ahead of time. Unlike other places, if you fail to cancel within 24 hrs, we will not charge you a full price of your service. We will not even charge you a dime. However, we have a " Three strikes and you`re out " rule. If you do not show up for your appointment 3 times, we will simply refuse to accommodate you again, therefore, you would have to get you massage some place else, which means you would have to pay more money for a lesser quality.
